Some of the qualities are: patience, being impartial, and I do not get angered easily. Those people would give the best results when asking about me.[/b][b]First off I am very patient. If someone takes about 1 minute to type two sentences I will wait that long for them. I do this often because most of my friends type and they type really slow so I regularly wait for people to finish typing. I am also patient because I wait for minges and trolls to calm down so I can get them back to real RP fast without any big and or harsh punishments.[/b][b]I am also very Impartial (Another word for Impartial is not bias).I do not care whether it is my friend from and early childhood or someone that I hate with my living guts, I would not be bias. If it really came to it and my friend was in the wrong (I'm not friends with many minges/trollers) I would have to punish them in the way I would punish any other person on the server.[/b][b]One of my other qualities are not getting angered easily. Being able to put up with minges and trolls is my specialty because I don't get angry at all when they call me explicit stuff or when they do stuff to harm me. I should be considered because I am patient, impartial, and I don't get angered easily. With all of these traits and qualities on your staff team it most definitly be better. I would like to believe I have contributed by helping the server with events, or just making sure everyone is being serious when needed. Since we switched over to IMPERIAL RP this will be a great asset to have because the imperials are a lot less lenient with their punishment.
