Because of this, I want to help as best as I can. Staff makes up all servers, and having a poor staff team leads to bad servers. I want to help prevent this by helping out as best as I can! I have been jumping around servers, looking for a new one to call home, and with the welcome I have received here, I feel as though this may be it. I have a lot of experience as a staff member, community leader, and a game master, so I want to put my skills and knowledge to good use on this server, since I feel it needs a bit of help. So far, my biggest complaint is lack of active staff who actually contribute. So far, they seem rather eager to just abuse their powers, so I wish to correct this. I will try my best to make this server succeed. [b][color=#1e1e1e]Tell us one way you have contributed to the community already?[/color][/b] Aside from assisting out of game with internal issues, I have began to help by forcing the guardsmen to act more like soldiers, less like we are playing CoD. [b][color=#1e1e1e]Why should we pick you over any other Applicant (100 words+)?[/color][/b] With all the other applicants that you may come across, I feel I have the advantage due to my long experience as staff. These were not small amounts of time either, I am more familiar with the ULX system than a majority of individuals, and uses it fairly well. I am also an EXCELLENT game master, responsible for not only being able to run small events to amuse smaller crowds, but also to run multi day campaign assaults, which allows other staff members to set up their own easy events in off worlds. All of this is topped off by the fact that I am very mature.
